About Us
kiveo is a Tryon, North Carolina based technology company specializing in social and mobile application development and distribution. With the explosion of web and mobile applications and the seemingly insatiable need for innovative solutions in this market, kiveo was founded to help companies thrive in this new world of social and mobile media. The guys have more than just serious programming skills and a sense of aesthetic in common, they share a pretty serious passion for foosball (if you wanna be a serious about it as the guys are, it's actually spelled füßball), the board game Risk and comfort food. You wouldn't believe how much banana bread or how many cinnamon rolls or cookies have been devoured during games of foos or Risk.
Our tech guy with a flare for business; he can’t decide if business or programming is his true passion. With nearly a decade of experience in the web industry he’s been around the field since the beginning of social networking, and before the boom of the smart phones. Miles’ project management and development experience ranges from the small mom and pop companies all the way up to the likes of Sun Microsystems and TNT. Miles' title comes from the fact that he can take any data, in pretty much any format, and convert it to something elegantly usable.
Jeremy is quick to dive into any project and rip things apart, and often puts them back together better than ever! He might just be related to Steve McQueen's doctors... Along with his project management background, he has an extensive background in user support and training, which aids the development process tremendously.
Briley Hooper, Senior Developer The quiet guy, until he has sugar... Briley was born to program, plain and simple. His grasp of programming concepts is beyond his years. We’ve been lucky enough to work with him since he graduated college, and we’re never going to let him go! Briley has an amazing ability to beat just about anyone at foos. We're pretty sure points scored by opponents are the result of him being bored with being dragged to the table yet again...
